Majiteľ si od vás vypýta 100e zálohu za "prípadné poškodenie", pri ktorej si neskôr hľadá falošné zámienky, aby vám ju nemusel vrátiť. Samotný majiteľ PRIZNAL, že sme žiadne poškodenie NESPRAVILI. Mal som čo robiť, aby mi vrátil aspoň 50e! Nedá sa s tým nič robiť, vyhnite sa tomuto ubytovaniu a falošnému človeku, ktorý ho spravuje. Navyše, byt bol špinavý, v hlavnej spálni bola zima a vankúše nepohodlné!

Der Vermieter wollte im Vorfeld 100€ Kaution. Ich war aber nicht bereit diese zu bezahlen da die Bewertung zeigten das man diese nicht mehr zurück bezahlt kommen würde. Darauf bekam ich keine Zugangsdetails. Ich bin dann gar nicht erst angereist da es mir zu gefährlich war solche Unannehmlichkeiten mit meiner Tochter zu erleben.

Kúpeľňa staré vybavenie wc hrozně!!; skrine pozamykaně.Parkovanie bolo 15 minút pešo od apartmánu nie pred apartmánov.

Subject: Formal Request for Refund of Deposit – Accommodation Reservation To Whom It May Concern, On September 26, 2025, based on a request from the property owner, I transferred a deposit of €100 for the reservation of the accommodation titled "Pleasant apartment under the Bratislava castle". The funds were sent to the owner's bank account, as evidenced by the attached documentation. Despite repeated assurances that the deposit would be refunded, the amount has not yet been credited back to my account. I hereby formally request the immediate return of the full deposit. Should this matter not be resolved within 24 hours of receipt of this notice, I will be compelled to initiate further legal steps, including contacting the relevant authorities and pursuing the claim through legal representation.
