The proximity to SM CITY DAVAO. The pool. The personnel.

The bed was not so comfortable. The interior is a bit dated. Door knob/locks seem hard to manipulate. Toilet is a bit dated and need refurbishing. Vacuum cleaners were lacking. Noisy faucet system. Dusty AC.
