The proximity to SM City Davao. The pool. The guards and workers were polite and nice.

Well, it is a bit old inside, though functional. It would be much appreciated if cleaning tools such as a vacuum cleaner is available or a dishwasher too. Interior is quite old too, AC seemed to be dusty, and I bet filter is not cleaned.

Kitchen and the living room. Plenty of beds for the 3 adults and 2 kids.

Bathroom was horribly filthy. There's mold all around the fixtures. We bought bleach and the areas we bleached became cleaner. Tunney need to do better job cleaning the CR.

Location

Beds were different from the photos here in booking.com. Booked for 6 people but were only given 2 sets of amenities. The sofa at the lounge is not a sofa bed, just a regular sofa. The coffee table is wobbly, you'll be scared to use it.
