Eastbourne Town centre Maisonette apartment

The location is near the train Station. buses on your door step, shops banks and restaurants close by . Beach and pier also just down the road. we had a problem with the water which once I sent a text message it was dealt with straight away. beds were very comfortable. nice big dinning table plenty of seats . nice flat TV . big bathroom .

the only problem was that at night some of the locals congregate outside till late at night on the benches . But this happens everywhere , even with this we would stay again As this town centre Maisonette apartment is in a great place to stay,

Bit noisy at night. When window open one of the bedroom doors rattled badly.

Very central location , the property itself was lovely and roomy

No hot water and no hairdryer (even though it was listed)

location was perfect , communication good and access to property seemless

washing machine and dishwasher broken . shower dangerous as bath slippery and water leaked down into the kitchen . The place was quirky but in need of serious TLC !! Some of the lights either didn’t work or needed replacement bulbs.

All as expected, good value for money, good location, helpful host (and the kitchen had a cafetiere). Recommended. We would definitely stay again.

Excellent location in the city center of Eastbourne. Spacious rooms. Good wifi. Easy check in and check out process. Good value for money.

Windows are a bit old so it can get noisy at times, it didn’t bother us too much but people might want to wear earplugs. if you are staying more than 5 days like us there is not a lot of kitchen ware to cook but we managed.

It is a big flat with nice decoration, clean and bright
