Eastbourne Town centre Maisonette apartment

1 of the people staying is a well travellers person & used to staying in very nice places of all types of accommodation, he was very impressed with the whole place once we arrived as he toured all the rooms.

The only downside was the steep sets of stairs we had to climb to get to the property.

Location and nice open lounge area. Spacious bedrooms. Well stocked kitchen, lovely bathroom with good shower.

No double glazing so incredibly noisy at night, especially being in town centre. But have to appreciate location of apartment. But it was very noisy. Beds not all that comfortable, mattresses felt soft and lumpy.

Great flat, very clean, rooms are big. Comfy beds and pillows. Well equipped kitchen, everything you need to cook breakfast or a quick meal. Located in the centre or Eastbourne and within a short walk away from the beach.

He windows are old and you could hear all the noise from the street till late at night. We only stayed for 2 nights so wasn't an issue for us or my 5 years old.

The location was very central in Eastbourne, the apartment was bright and light

Ok, we were really disappointed. The TV didn't work. The dishwasher was broken. The furniture was very tired and of a poor standard. Damp and peeling paint in the stair well from the leaking bathroom. The beds were uncomfortable, the sheets cheap quality, the windows were only single glazing and being in the town centre the road was noisy until very late, and the deliveries started very early in the morning so sleeping was difficult We left the apartment and came home after 1 night. NOT VALUE FOR MONEY

Very central location and very spacious maisonette.

Due to the fact we had a wet windy day found that windows wouldn't close. Some of the furniture needs up dating. TV wouldn't work, no instructions left. Front door dead lock not working and broken chain. Landing paperwork coming away didn't look good.No Wifi

It was spacious, good location, good size kitchen, good size rooms, plenty of furniture and overall very clean and tidy. The towels that were provided was an added bonus. The only time I spoke to a person was when I made an enquiry about an iron and hairdryer and the man could answer my questions. He was polite.

There are some slight snagging bits in the property that could be addressed but nothing that affected our stay. Some of the bedroom window handles don’t close down fully, but as it wasn’t cold outside it didn’t affect our sleep.
