Beautiful Oceanfront Garden Suite! La Tejita!

Very clean and well furnished. Lots of space inside and out. Ideal for couples or a small family. Comfortable bed, lots of wardrobe space. Kitchen well equipped for cooking meals or just preparing snacks. Garden area is fantastic at all times of day or night. Very private even though it’s next to the walk way to the pool. Beach across the road is a bonus.

This was the most perfect apartment I ever had the pleasure to stay in. Everything was new, clean, tidy and comfortable. A lot of space for everyone, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, bathroom. Comfortable beds, and the balcony was almost as big as the apartment. It has its own parking space in the underground garage, there's also a private pool for the tenants of the building. The community is gated. We didn't mind that it was on the ground floor as the only people who occasionally passed were the tenants walking to the pool. The contact with the owner was quick and easy. I wholly recommend staying in this apartment.

It's obviously not the owners' fault, but there's a construction site between the apartment and the ocean, so it would soon be much more difficult to say this place has a beach view anymore.

The appartment was clean, close to the beach, and you have access to a nice swing pool. Appartament has it owne parking place in garage. 👍

We were just very happy with this appartment! you will find there everything you need and Even more :-) very clean, comfortable, the Kids loved the Place. We will come back for sure! :)

We spent one month in this apartment doing remote work and surfing in the evening. The apartment is very cozy and has a huge terrace. It is fully equipped, very good quality in all the amenities and fast internet. The location is very peaceful and quiet. Although the apartment is located at the ground floor there are only few people passing, usually going to the pool. Direct view to the La Tejita beach and close to a commercial mall where you have a supermarket, coffee shops, few restaurants, hairdresser. Very nice underground parking. Pool area is very nice, decent size pool for a quick swim.

The La Tejita/El Medano area is quite windy but we knew this from the beginning.
