Apt Location Clean and well maintained Apartment Reasonably priced.

Poor Customer Service with delayed or no response

Perfect location, within a walking distance from Casa Port train station and Medina. The apartment was very clean with everything you may need for a short stay. The landlord has sent very detailed instructions how to find the apartment which was very helpful. I haven't seen the landlord but our communication via booking.com was quick and easy.

We liked everything

Spacious, comfortable flat with excellent view and air conditioner.

I did not like the boiler in there bathroom. Every time I was opening door to bathroom, they were banging into boiler.

good location, good facility, and its clean. nice kitchen, laundry, and laundty.

I visit on time, but staff isn't yet.. I was able to check in but I had to wait a bit. housekeeper lady helped me out.

Good size apartment and looked clean. Recommended a nice restaurant close to the apartment. Checking in was made easy, with good communication before arrival.

I've reported a problem to Medhi on departure via message but he didn't bother replying which I find disappointing to either apologies, or tell me he was aware or to thank me for telling him. His silence makes me wonder whether he knew about the problem.

The blanket and pillows not clean, it’s smelling very bad, I got asthma from the smell,the mattress harder, isn’t mattress , the bathroom sink ‘s water didn’t go away quickly, I was waiting for each time 10 minutes for the water to go away,

The property is not fit for visitors.
