This is an apartment. With in walking distance , a mile or so, to the ocean walk and mall for scenic views of the port and waterfront , two mile walk to the Grand Mosque, 1/2 mile to the rail station. it does have a washing machine and drying rack.

One coffee/tea cup? No water pressure in shower, "piddler" , water temperature was luke warm at best, even though on- demand heater was set on "maximum". Kitchen stove area, stove vent filters covered with grease. We also run a rental apartment for 5 years now ,5 star, stress cleanliness and attention to details, communication with client directly.

Really, really close to Casa Port train station. An easy walk even with heavy bags. The flat is a great size for a couple. Washing machine, fridge etc.

The apartment is on the 8th floor. Most people wouldn't mind.

Self contained apartment. Excellent location. Looks like the photos. Lots of little annoyances, but overall good. The security guard was lovely, and contacted host to get keys. Then he tried to teach me a few local words.

Hard to contact host to get keys. Then he asked for cash payment of City Tax, which was already paid via booking.com. The wife came in when I was out one day, and moved my breakfast things, even threw one out which I had not quite finished with. Heater behind toilet door, would be difficult for a larger person. There are no block out blinds, and the nearby square is brighly lit all night.

Th location was great - right next to all the five star hotels and Casa Port Train Station.

Extremely good location, everything is nearby: multiple tram stations, market, main square, medina - everything you need to check out the city. Host were very kind, helped us with the key. The apartment has a huge kitchen with all necessary amenities. The shower is good and clean. The apartment has a lot of cool paintings and decorations which was really nice to see.

We encountered some strange noises, probably from the neighbors. We couldn't find out what was the cause of these noises, because we were there only for a night, but please check it someday, maybe some old furniture is broken or something.

I booked this accommodation for my online interview, and the overall experience was excellent. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped. It has a large bedroom with a comfortable bed, a separate toilet and bathroom, a spacious living room with a television and a cozy sofa, and a kitchen with a round table, an oven, a washing machine, a refrigerator, and some utensils, plates, and even spices available for use. The hot water is stable, a hairdryer is provided, and the Wi-Fi is strong enough for online meetings. There are air conditioners with a heating function, so you won’t feel cold during winter, and they even provide a baby crib. The location is convenient, not far from Casa Port Train Station. The host provides a guide message to help you reach the apartment, and upon arrival, you need to wait on the ground floor for an assistant to meet you, show you the room, and provide the key. There is also a small market right on the ground floor where you can buy water, eggs, or snacks. It’s a high-standard stay, and considering its quality, the price is quite reasonable. It’s perfect for families or friends traveling together, and my stay was very satisfying.
