Never directly spoke to our hosts. Had to go through building security and neighbors to get the keys.

Safe Apartment. Lots of security around the compound. It's in the middle of a hotel strip with some very expensive and some regular hotels. And security and hotel staff is everywhere always. The door of the apartment has also many locks. Stone throw away from Casa Port train station. Some small convenience stores nearby. Tram nearby or use the app Indrive works really well to get around town. Walking to Marina possible but corniche too far for walk. Apartment is huge lots of space and clean. Make sure you know before you arrive the floor and the number + code. I didn't ask it so had to do it on arrival. Better to know in advance the guard will ask for it . They have fast wifi very good.

All is good. If I can make a recommendation it will be: Make sure some extra towels are there + some shower gel /shampoo. I know it's an apartment but it saves hassle if you want to take a shower on arrival. Could not find the remote control for the AC so had to do that with my IR phone app. I don't know why is the plastic on the table it makes it less easy to laptop with mouse had to buy a mouse mat at nearby mini so, not a problem of course.

The key to get in is a bit tricky

Very comfortable apartment at an amazing location. Easy to enter and host is well responsive. It has a lot of appliances and everything anyone may need for a comfortable stay.

The apartment is perfect. The only small minus during my stay was on the security down stairs. While one security man was very friendly and even held the elevator open and called it for me, another one approached me one evening in quite an unfriendly way. At first I didn’t know he was security and it frightened me a bit at first (being a woman I had mentally alarm bells ring) but I understand they are making sure the place is secure. Thus the building is very safe!

Location was perfect, walked to major attractions plus only 100 m to tram, buses & train especially for airport for only 60 mad. The apartment had everything we needed & clean.

Had to contact host to find hidden air conditioner remotes.
