No pudimos hacer uso de este alojamiento ya que nos avisó el día antes de que le había entrado otra reserva con la misma fecha que la mía. Tuve que buscar otro alojamiento rápidamente de un día para otro.

Everything is fine but it will be better if the owner could send the room information and instructions to enter the building in advance.

Сдали не ту квартиру, я бронировала ту, что на фото, по итогу в этом же доме и в этом же подъезде, но этаж другой и квартира другая. Ту которая на фото я тоже снимала две недели назад, она намного лучше и кухня там укомплектована лучше и я специально хотдела именно ее. В этой же не работала кофеварка, а вторая просто от кипятка лопнула, нет кружек что бы это кофе попить, там есть что-то наподобие, но они супер маленькие. Еще какой-то гул постоянный стоит, очень странно, в другой квартире такого не было.

The location was good as it was close to the Port Railway Station, tramway & taxis.

The property is old & badly maintained. We found a used towel in the shower, no tea bags, very little coffee, no latch on the bathroom door which stays wide open, cockroaches in the room, bed bugs. No ironing board. Door hinges of cupboards broken. The bath/shower gel was strange as it wouldn't work. Had to walk up & down 8 levels as the lift was out of order on one day. Left a note for the owner in the key box to look into these issues, but his interest was only in us paying the city tax which we did on the day we arrived. Unhappy!

Central location

Needed to ask for extra bedding for sofa, lighter for stove not working, could not initially find a/c control. Drip coffee maker not working well
