Being able to park next to the door. Size of studio. TV. Having a breakfast bar to eat at.

The oven and ovenware were dirty to the extent I couldn't use it to cook the first dinner. After raising this with the host, I was informed that "the foil should be changed in the oven tray between guests" rather than the oven should be cleaned. I was provided with a roll of tin foil to reline the ovenware to use the oven which wasn't ideal. The fridge smells, which I later discovered was because there's insufficient ventilation space around it, so the underside of the worktop above it is growing mould which drops onto the top of the fridge, which needs to be addressed. The hot water from the taps is absolutely scalding - the boiler water temperature needs turning down. As the bathroom taps are separate and not a mixer, I had to wash using the cold tap as the hot tap was dangerously hot. There are no shelves or cupboards or hooks in the bathroom to put toiletries. The photos and description are a bit misleading as they show multiple flats rather than just the studio. The description states there is a separate bedroom - there is not, it's one (large) room with the bed, TV, sofa and kitchen combined, with small separate bathroom. Location wise it's handy to have the parking space, the supermarket is next door, however it;s a busy junction with many cars passing - and the fridge is also noisy - so I recommend earplugs.

"Convenient apartment in the Leckhampton area of Cheltenham"

The flat is very conveniently located for us, very near to where our family live. It is also very near a Coop, which is excellent for buying breakfast. The bed was comfortable and it was nice having some outdoor space (although we were not around enough to use it).

The ventilation wasn't great (unless you left open the ground floor patio doors).

"Ideal for couples to stay a short time"

The location and the parking space were great.The small garden with the sitting area was very nice.

I booked the place for three adults and was thinking that there are two rooms.However it was studio flat.The shower tray had black mould that needs to be removed

"It is such an ideal location to stay with a dog - perfect location and with a bit of tlc in the bathroom it’ll be a perf"

Location. 5 mins walk to my daughters. Accepted dogs.

Although it was a big airy bathroom- it needs some attention to the shower tray and sealant in the shower. We didn’t have showers as the shower area was not appealing with its black mould.

"Extremely bad and disappointing experience."

1. Area surrounding apartment was dirty; 2. Shower water ran down pipe; 3. Microwave rusted and smelly; 4. Bunk bed broken and full of dogs hair; 5. Linen old and not clean; 6. Back yard full of weeds and old brooms; 7. Cramped space when bunk bed is open - not suitable for three people; 8. No windows or even fan for ventilation; 9. Cupboard underneath kitchen sink very untidy; 10. Both ovens dirty with old food; 11. Freeser dirty with old food; 12. Empty chemical bottle next to toilet; 13. Pots and pans filthy; 14. Basin tap in bathroom rusted and dirty. Not a place anybody should stay in, giving booking.com a bad reputation.
