Location was great as very close to family.

The bed was ok but wouldn't have been for more than a couple of nights!

Spacious accommodation and excellent location- not far from Cheltenham centre and walking distance to good range of local cafes,restaurants and pubs. Owner was very prompt in replying to query re sofa bed

Sofa bed needs attention to facilitate closing away.

The location and facilities were all as expected and seemed in line with a 3 star property.

The property was dirty: the toilet stank of urine, the shower tray was filthy, there were cobwebs and spider remains, the sink and basin taps were covered in limescale, the bedsheets didn't feel washed, and both our feet were black after walking barefoot on the floor for the evening.
