location was good and furnishings were fine. Apartment security were very friendly.

The check in process is awful. They get you to check in online before hand and arrange to pay a deposit yourself, the check in also required each of the guests to upload a copy of their ID and add personal information - which was excessive and time consuming for 5 guests. I also received about 30 emails during this process to remind you to complete all elements. It seems they are passing on the responsibility of having a reception to the customer! Parking and check in instructions were also not very useful. for the price, I also think it’s a little unacceptable that check in is not until 4pm and checkout is then at 10am.

Love the location and the apartment themselves are good and was clean.

The mattress on the sofa bed was stained and filthy. The chairs at the dining table are all ruined and worn they don't look good at all. We also ran out of toilet paper. I stayed here several times years ago and just seem to not be as good, also preferred it when there was a reception. I was informed to fill out parking on line security instructed me as I was leaving that that was wrong and that I should have given these details when I got there to them and that they do not have a form on line that they use.

Some of the furniture was worn. The fifth bed wasn’t made up and there was no sheet. We ran out of toilet roll.
