Modern Arcadian Centre Apartment 2 Bed / Balcony

Great location, very central to everything & spacious.

Poor communication from the owner.

Room was double booked so relocated to a 1 bedroom while charged for 2 bed. Door lock broken, security had a break it in and a hole in the door. No hot water and shower didn’t work at all. No responses to my communications.

Shower tap broken, could not adjust temp. Scolding!! Mould… Reception, made to wait on arrival, seemed unorganised (even tho you pre check in) Place absolutely stinks!!! Very strong over powering food smell Only allowed 1 key even if a big group of you, all have to arrive from a night out together to get back in.

there was no hot water, so showers were cold!

The location was good for where we needed to go.

We booked for 5 of us and the 5th person ended up sleeping on the floor because there was no room for them to sleep! There was a double bed, a sofa bed which was just a little bigger than a single bed so where was the other person meant to stay? Just to make it worse there was no hot water in the apartment, we even tried the booster but nothing worked.

Location was great, and the apartment was a good size. Good value for money, although some minor repairs needed. The door handle on the door to the apartment fell off, and the bathroom lock is sticky - 2 guests got stuck in the bathroom temporarily

Felt a little uncomfortable having to provide all of the guests passport details. I did try to contact the host to find out why we had to do this. I left messages on the mobile numbers but they didn't get back to me. Also, one thing to note is we booked parking on the website when we checked in. However, didn't know/waant told that we also had to validate parking with the security team. Thankfully one of the guards mentioned this, otherwise we would have had a parking ticket.
