"A nice comfortable home away from home"

Comfortable, clean, beautiful big bath towels, good sized shower with good water pressure. Kitchen had all you needed. Comfortable lounge that reclined which was nice. Dining table. The pedestal fan was a bonus. I didn't use it, but having a washing machine would be helpful if you were staying a while.

It was very hot upstairs to sleep, but we put the pedestal fan up there and it was bearable. Those stairs...

Perfect for 1 or 2 people. The living room was amazing with a comfy couch and great tv. The bedroom was nice and comfortable with a lot of appliances which is a great. The bathroom was clean. While I didn’t use the kitchen it was a nice touch having it.

Nothing really was bad about it.

Not sure close to town, but easy enough half an hour walk to get there

Little bit of black mould in the shower, would just take a little bit of mould spray, but otherwise great

Very well presented, off street parking, fully equipped and everything in perfect working order. Great quiet location within walking distance of Edgbaston cricket ground.

"Has everything you need"

Enjoyed my stay. Has everything you need. Decent quiet location too. Took a while to figure out the heating but was okay when I did. Would like the dovet to be a bit warmer. Bed itself was good. Met expectations.
