The location was great. The house was clean and spacious, good facilities with the washing machine and kitchen appliances. The house was decorated modern and fresh. We had no issues with the heating or shower. The tv's had streaming like Netflix which was nice to chill with. The hosts kept in touch and were very helpful and left some treats in the fridge for us which was lovely (thank you) The parking was great as it is a driveway so your car is off the street at night. There was shops and cafes/takeaways near by which was good. Will definitely book to stay again when visiting or traveling through Birmingham.

Not a dislike but there was a lot of banging from nearby/neighbours. I understand this is a residential area and people do live there and sometimes this cannot be helped. It was doors being slammed shut which basically shook the house. I just wanted to highlight this as there could potentially be a solution. It would definitely not stop me from re-booking in the future.

Everything was great. And easy and comfortable stay.

Property was ideally located for our visit this time (events near the university and in the city centre). Parking can be a worry so to have off-street parking at the accommodation was ideal.

no shampoo but on advertisement hairdryer not strong enough and need blow so long but not dry

thr house is very homely rather than just a appartment
