Amazing 1 bed flat in lovely area

Location, size of apartment, nice and clean,

Only very minor things but : no bottle opener, no dishwasher tablets, blinds seemed to be a bit broken and it would have been lovely for there to be one or two teabags / coffee sachets

Very well located just off Kings Heath high street. Was clean.

All the windows were open so it was very cold, after shutting them I realised this was to mask the smell of sewage and damp. Not hugely comfortable, the kitchen took up most of the room with just a small uncomfortable sofa, very bright lighting and no lamps.

Quiet on a night, close to Amneties and good value.

Sofa bed is a little dated and uncomfortable

Mold in the washing machine. The smell in the flat was not great.

Responsive host, good location, free parking and lots of nice places to eat around the corner from the flat.

It was difficult to sleep as it was too warm, I’d recommend having a fan for future guests.

Everything was clean and the facilities were good
