Amazing 1 bed flat in lovely area

Clean and near to kings heath. Great communication. Felt secure. Great shower.

Parking was hard. But it was the weekend before Christmas so probably much busier than usual.

The location is very nice. It is quiet and safe and there are nice restaurants just around the corner. There is a bus to the city center that goes pretty often, I think every few minutes. The apartment was cozy and clean. There is possibility to cook also :) The wifi works great even with multiple users connected to it. The host provides towels, which was very nice. Thank you! I had a great stay.

This has nothing to do with the host ! But very typical for English properties is, that they can be bit chilly. Take socks & hoodie with you and you will be fine :) There is heating from radiators, but when you enter the apartment it can first feel a bit cold. My friend slept in the other room (the bigger one) and next to her bed was the radiator. She said that everything was fine, so maybe it is just subjective to me :) I want to emphasise that this didn't affect the quality of my stay. I enjoyed everything very much.

Warm, clean and cosy. Plenty of kitchen wear, towels and spare bedding.

The property is just the way it looks in the pictures. The bed is really comfy and allows for a perfect night sleep. Also, the area is quiet and familiar, so we didn’t experience any nuances during night time. The location is top as the high street is just around the corner from the property, as well as the local library and a bus stop with very frequent buses to town. A decent-sized park with two playgrounds is located at the other end of the street, which is perfect for a walk or if you’re travelling with kids. Communication with the owner was very easy and straightforward. We’ll definitely stay here next summer.
