"Fantastic place to stay"

Everything was just ideal and public transport was easily accessible with lots of places to eat and drink nearby. Clean and comfortable place to stay, excellent host and great communication. Will definitely book in when I visit Birmingham again.

"A little effort and listening makes a difference"

Location, clean. Bed and shower fine

No adequate seating. Sofa bed which functioned as a settee really uncomfortable. Plastic chairs not great for visitors. Perching on edge of sofa bed not great way to spend evenings and not good for visitors. Spent time out of flat due to this and left accomodation early. Might have put up with it in summer but need comfortable base in cold weather. Host said could not help make flat more comfortable.
