It was very clean had everything I needed in the property spacious well kept nice rooms good location overall it’s was very nice

I loved it anytime I’m in need of something again I’ll definitely be booking it again

Was in need of lick of paint, one of the windows didnt close/lock and the hot water didn't work in the shower.

This apartment was exceptional, it was clean, modern and in a prime location.

There was no covers on the spare blanket and pillows for the sofa bed.

Scam scam scam

This is a scam company that will throw bogus charges on you that will eat in to the deposit. Apartment was also very dirty and very run down.

Difficulties with deposit information about its return. it’s still not returned according to my bank statement. although today is 3 days post checkout. flat itself was reasonable. pans couldn’t be used because non stick property was worn out. fridge worked well. microwave good. shower great.

Location excellent for the event we were attending. Spacious as advertised. Problem with broadband was solved after several hours. Responsive customer service by SMS. Sheets and towels were clean.

We needed the help of a traffic warden to find the entrance to the building and the key lockbox across the road. The place feels unloved. Lounge curtains creased to death. Terrible wallpapering. Soiled sofa. Saggy mattresses. Pillows a bit smelly. Paint stains on the blinds. Very smeary marks on mirrored doors in one bedroom and behind hob. Sliding wardrobe doors don't close. Some brown stuff splashed up wall by bathroom sink. Musty smell. Some windows don't open. Some windows don't close. No place where lighting is good enough to read by after dark. £250 safety deposit is taken by card against damage - I didn't spot this until after booking. With the amount of stuff that's already damaged in the apartment, I was really anxious about getting it back (we did get it back, phew!).
