Mayfair Place - Cosy 3 Bedroom House with Free Parking

The house was ideal for what we wanted , central location close to the Belfry golf course. Handy for Aldi round the corner

Could of done with Scrabble or cards in the house for a bit of evening entertainment. Unsure on the recycle process on waste , could do with an information sheet, and likewise for how to operated the oven, I was confused to how to operate that.

Very cozy, nice, clean and smelling fresh plus well looked after, highly recommend👌

Nothing, as everything was on point

Brilliant for what we need in all honesty. Only away for work, but nice house. Rooms tidy and clean. Good area, shops and food options nearby, such as Aldi, local kebab house (chippy) was really nice too Great value for money.

No actual driveway however that isn't a problem as there is ample parking on the street. More than enough for 2 vans which we had with us. Nothing else to comment on honesty in a negative light. This point really isnt a major either.

Everything was as described in the listing. House was clean, beds very comfortable. Everything you need is in the house. A 2-3.min walk gets you to Aldi and a host of other shops. Joe is the perfect host, always reaching out to ensure your stay is comfortable. Neighborhood is quiet and safe.

I can’t rate the host or property highly enough! He was absolutely fantastic. We were over for a rather unfortunate situation, the host went above and beyond for us to help make our journey easier. Communication with him was great, he even gave us a courtesy call to make sure all was ok once we got there, which I was very appreciative of. The property itself is perfect, it’s spotless, modern, has everything we needed and was warm and cosy! Our visit was in Winter but there is a nice garden for the Summer months. The beds were very comfortable, and location was great. (There’s an Aldi very close by!) Thanks again!

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful place!! Very nice and quiet location with convenient shops around walking distance. The place was very clean and cosy! Would stay here again when we travel to birmingham. Highly recommend!

Was just a short stay the property was nicely presented and was clean just as we like it , everything that you would need was provided.

The only thing I didn't like was the parking there was no direct access to be able to park on the drive way.

Host everyday gave you a call to keep tracking your usage of house. One bedroom ceiling is broken One bedroom radiator doesn’t work however we did use that room mainly .
