Mayfair Place - Cosy 3 Bedroom House with Free Parking

Brilliant property and management, the team were super helpful at check in and during the stay, really recommend staying at this property.

The property was a great size for the 5 of us staying with 4 doubled beds. The dining room chairs were very comfortable, and we loved the shower. We were also glad there was a toilet downstairs.

The parking was a bit odd, as it wasn't on the driveway but on the side of the road. There also wasn't quite enough cutlery.

Location perfect for a visit to the NEC. 20 min drive from house. House is down a quiet road which made a getting a good night sleep easy. Beds weren't too soft and the house had everything you could need for a home from home for the weekend. Value for money very good and Joe the host was very good at communicating and making sure you had everything you need.

The house isn't perfect but for the cost of stay, I think this is not a negative. Don't have anything to complain about with this property.

Nice spacey living room with a good view at the back garden. Clean and tidy in the kitchen, as well as the bathroom. Simple and cosy atmosphere in all three bedrooms, that meet our expectations. Enjoyable staying!

Energy saving 'cool' lighting in the living room is not suitable for some of us during the evenings, as it can trigger headaches, migraine etc if it stays longer. Using a warm soft lighting, it would be perfect and more comfortable!

The house was very welcoming as soon as you walked in. All the rooms were brilliantly decorated giving it that homely feeling. The location was ideal right close to all local amenities.
