Beautiful apartment. The host showed us round and even bought us fruit and juice for our stay. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely, well-kept apartment in classic style. Ideally and centrally situated in Corfu Old Town, a short walk to everywhere! There is some street noise, it adds to the atmosphere, but it can be easily minimised by closing windows, and the air-conditioning keeps it cool. Just outside the access door is a lovely small square with 3 or 4 cafes/restaurants, all of which do nice breakfasts and coffee. The host was lovely, and very informative, and provided all the essentials in the apartment, including fresh fruit, coffee, tea, biscuits - loads of stuff. Really nice approach. Top marks.

Nothing! You could say that the alley that you access the buildings door could be less cluttered - some of the restaurants were stacking spare chairs/umbrellas etc, but that would be particularly petty.

Location. Space. Home feeling. Fully kitted kitchen. Well provided. Lots of storage. Great hostess!

The size and location of the property were excellent. Facilities were reasonable, including air conditioning. The host was very good and allowed us to stay late on our departure date as we had a late flight.

The property was tired with rather old fashioned (heavy/dark) furniture. We found the chairs uncomfortable. The sound of church bells also woke us up on the two mornings we stayed.

Location was excellent, the property was in the traditional Corfian / Venetian style, it was very well furnished and had whatever you required for a comfortable stay. Everything was within walking distance, sea, restaurants, shops, museums, nightlife and especially the cake shop bellow the flat and the ice cream parlour across the street! - which we visited daily! We were aware we booked a place in the absolute centre of town and the usual noises we expected to hear soon blended into the background after a day or so. Across from the flat on the other side of the street was the school of music, and once or twice a week we could hear the students practice famous pieces, what a delight! We also hired a car for a week, there is a large municipal carpark within 2 minute walk from the flat so parking was never an issue - be prepared for a 0-15 minute wait to enter the car park, rate is €3.00 per 24/hrs. We met many tourists that just used public transport to get around the island..... For us it was perfect, I would have no hesitation in recommending to friends and family.

The bed was a bit harder than we are used to and the shower not as powerful as we we like, but this would not stop us from visiting again!

Exceptionally thoughtful host. Beautiful property, very nicely located. Our host helped up orient ourselves in the community and directed us to a lovely beach nearby. We loved our stay.

Beautiful decor, lovely atmosphere.

Rena, our host met us and gave us great information about the property and facilities, the local area plus additional tips for our first time in Corfu. The property is situated in the heart of the old town, close to restaurants, shops, the fort and the beaches. In fact we walked to the accommodation from the ferry port and to the airport (although we wouldn’t recommend that in high heat or with lots of luggage). The apartment had everything we needed for our two day stay. We would definitely stay here again.

These are things to be aware of, rather than things we didn’t like. The wifi in the house wasn’t very reliable but a mobile unit was provided so when we were outside we didn’t need to use our own data (which was amazing). Shower was a handheld shower (which is popular in Greece). There were approximately 40 stairs, so please note this if you have heavy luggage or accessibility needs.
