Ruim appartement. Ligging vlakbij openbaar vervoer. Prive parkeerplaats auto. Ligging appartement achterzijde gebouw met uitzicht op tuin en groene heuvel. Keuken van alles voorzien.

Matras met veren die je voelt. Douchen in bad met geen mogelijkheid om in bad te gaan, omdat de dop van het putje ontbreekt. Enigzins gehorig appartement complex, dus afhankelijk van je buren.

Die Wohnung liegt verkehrstechnisch sehr günstig. Das Stadtzentrum ist in kurzer Zeit mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut zu erreichen. In wenigen Minuten kann man auf der Donaupromenade spazieren. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein kleiner Laden gehört gewissermassen zur Wohnung dazu. Der Kaffee ist dort "wunderbar"
