Dobra cena, właściciel uprzejmy i pomocny, miejsce parkingowe w cenie przed budynkiem, nawet rowery można było bezpiecznie przechować w budynku. Cicho, czysto, przestrzennie, wszystkie sprzęty działające w mieszkaniu, świetnie działające wifi. Blisko historycznego centrum. Polecam!
