Old town studio

I like the place is Near of the city centre

The studio is very bad I don't recommend to stay in the studio is very could and not suitable. Also, the keys like a puzzle I don't know how to open the door. Also the shower in the kitchen and it was transparent I tried to call the owner to ask about something he didn't answer

Bratislava is a beautiful city with plenty of nice people and beautiful things to see. My favourite places to visit were the Flagship Restaurant and the KGB Bar for very cheap drinks. If you wish to visit here, book a room with a hotel instead.

There was dust and spiders everywhere, it was only superficially cleaned. The air inside was very moist when we arrived, and we found at least 4 scent dispensers that were placed around, which made the air smell worse somehow. I am unsure if this smell was from the scent dispensers, but the whole place smelled very chemical, which reminded me a lot of Raid Insecticide spray. There were also several Raid Ant traps, which the host assured me were only "a precaution", which I highly doubt. The room with the toilet had a very different smell though, somehow even worse, which was probably because of the open pipe which I assume was the ventilation duct. In general, the apartment has a very strange layout which is not made clear in the pictures, as the shower is in the kitchen, there is no bathroom and therefore no sink with a mirror, and to wash your hands after using the toilet, you have to use the sink in the kitchen. The worst part however was the green mold growing on the wall close to the bed. Most, if not all of this criticism, is because this apartment is in a basement with horrible airflow, allowing the moisture to turn this place into an absolute nightmare. There was also a sign on the door outside next to ours, which warned that there was Rat pesticides being used in there. We had to leave for a different place as we both felt very sick after staying just one night. This place could still become decent if there was professional cleaning and a way to bring in fresh air without letting in all the bugs waiting outside. As it is now however, I highly advise to not book it. Even if all the things I said were done, I'm still not convinced a night here should cost 65€, as we left this place for a common hotel chain closeby which only cost us a little over 100€ per night and was absolutely lovely with a big room and nice staff. I hope the owner can take some time to improve this place for guests who would like to travel on a budget without getting sick.

Location, on the old town and easy to go everywhere. Really close to main tourist area

The door is really hard to open, and it’s on the basement. Kind of creepy on the night

Good location. Quiet area. Close to amenities. The apartment is semi-sub-terainian so it was cool when the heat outside was +30.

It smelled damp and musty, it set off my asthma. Having a shower in the kitchen was a novelty and with no kitchen door on.

Perfect position and really clean

No sink in the bathroom. Only the kitchen one (where there is also the shower).
