The Beach House Holiday Apartments

Clean and very comfortable. Everything that you need is provided. Bed very comfortable. Secure parking on site a bonus. Excellent location for beach and local amenities.

There was nothing that we didn’t like. If you book a property this central you will have to expect a bit of surrounding noise in the evening. This did not bother us but if you want peace and quiet, this is not the property for you.

Great location, big enough apartment for two, good car park, private small outside terrace & good shower (even though there isn't a shelf). We didn't watch (or want) the huge TV but it is almost twice the size of the only table for eating and working on

Very small double bed,so had to use sofabed as well,the two well worn fitted sheets were stained or torn,the bedroom blind is extrememly thin & lights up the room,the table was low & tiny,& the chairs uncomfortable,the fridge is tiny, old & hard to access & some other parts are quite dusty & grimy (like drawers)

Dripping taps, shower handle broken, fridge not on when arrival and dirty plates in cupboard.

前回宿泊は文句なく最高だったので期待が大きかっただけに今回は残念なことになりました。

良くなかった、というより改善を希望します。今後も宿泊したいので ①カーペットのひどい汚れ（黒ずみみたいな）が部分部分で見受けられます。目立つので落として欲しい ②季節外れの暑さではあったのはわかりますが、小さな扇風機一つではたまりません。。また、子供部屋、キッチンの窓が開かなくなっており風通しが悪かったので、暑くて参りました。このままでは夏の宿泊はきついと思います。 ③火災報知器の電池がなくなりかけてそのためにアラーム音（ぴっ！ぴっ！という音）が2昼夜鳴って耳障りでした。メール等を通じて対応をお願いしましたがなんら対応はなくがっかりしました

Secound time ! Different apartments but equal on merit . Staff responded to a minor problem on arrival. Everything was good.....Great stay!!Thank you !!!!

10 am check out ! Is too early !!In my opinion!! Especially on a Sunday and should be considered ???We left the property with only linen and towels to change..... Thank you ! We will return..

Die ruhige Lage zwischen Bahnhof und Strand ist sehr praktisch.

Die Küche (das Geschirr, Kühlschrank und Schränke) waren nicht sehr sauber. Die Pfannen waren bis auf eine Ausnahme alle defekt. Das Türschloss funktionierte schlecht.

Excellent apartment, with great parking. A must for an Eastbourne stay.

Sehr schöne Einrichtung und Deko, alles geschmackvoll und im Beach-House-Stil. Das Hochbett für Kinder ist toll und wir haben uns gleich zuhause gefühlt. Die Lage ist prima, sehr zentral, und es gibt einen Parkplatz im Innenhof. Der Check-in war unkompliziert.

Alles war sauber, nur die Küche leider nicht. Das Geschirr und Besteck war dreckig und im Mülleimer lag ein verschimmeltes Toastbrot. Schade, da es sonst eine wirklich außergewöhnliche Wohnung ist.
