"A great home-base to explore Eastbourne and surrounds. Having two bedrooms was also great."

Received access details well ahead of arrival. Excellent parking and security. Great location handy to town, and a short walk to the beach

The location was excellent and the seaside decor was fabulous. We had a very comfortable stay.

Absolutely not a criticism but just useful to know if you’re a light sleeper that it could be quite noisy at times during the night. It didn’t bother us though.

"Nice but noisy"

The apartment was clean and well maintained, had a kitchen, lounge/ diner, a decent sized bathroom plus separate shower. Close to shops. 10 min walk to the beach.

Location: it was too noisy at night, people shouting in the early hours of the morning.

"Good location for a couple to stay to be near town but not for families. Cleaning and storage needs a rethink."

Nicely furnished. Good sofa bed. Well stocked kitchen. Easy and secure parking.

Several problems with the cleanliness. We complained very soon after arriving. The owner swiftly came around and solved some issues but just not enough to make our stay comfortable unfortunately (used towels left in apartment, toilet brush left with no pot holder on the floor, hairs on new sheets/ blankets). We left one day early as we couldn’t settle. Also, no storage for cleaning equipment left all over the apartment - broom, vacuum, cleaning bucket with mop made it difficult to be comfortable. No reception on tv so had to use laptop for our stay. A noisy road as it is a town centre apartment so no fault of owner but not an ideal place for children to stay.

Das Apartment war sehr schön eingerichtet und es war sauber. Die Lage war auch sehr zentral und super.

Es gab nur kleine und kleinere Kochtöpfe, so dass wir mehrere Portionen Nudeln kochen mussten bis wir alle satt waren.
