"Okay"

Location, parking, roomy, king size bed very comfy.

Although clean, remote no batteries, 1 breakfast bowl, toilet door handle stuck, we we’re sensitive to smell smoke in fabric.

"Overall good except for cleanliness"

The keys were easy to collect. Clear directions. We stayed in the terraced apartment. Had plenty of room for our family of 3. Nice and cosy. Bed in the room was comfy. Only the bathroom was clean to a standard. Good TV and WiFi signal. Secure parking. Kitchen was fully equipped.

Kitchen, living and dining areas were not clean. Crumbs on the tops, table and sofa. Dirty cups and cutlery. Side tables in the bedroom were covered in dust and there was a little bowl full of used contact lenses. Mix of clean and used pillow cases. The host is good but they should replace the cleaners. Not worth the cleaning charges. Also, didn't realise it's right next to a busy road.

"Superb"

Great location well equipped safe comfortable and clean had a little issue with the booking but it was dealt with straight away by the very polite and efficient Donna of the rental company !

Another bathroom and it would be perfect !
