2 Bedroom Apartment Ground Floor Eastbourne Town Centre

The property is in great location closed to beacon and many nice restaurants ,the bedrooms are spacious,clean ,plenty of towels available,the kitchen is well equipped,

The WiFi was terrible! spoilt it for my grandson & us adults.

location was wonderful for the beach and local shops. was nicely heated. the car charger was an absolute win- first time in 7yrs I've found a place with a charger rather than hooking up lots of leads through windows.

Was informed the code but no indication as to whether it was the front or the back door so we had to work that out when we arrived for ourselves. The noisy chimney stack beside the bed in the front bedroom, you could hear outside very clearly also, you could hear the neighbours above as well but they stopped moving around at a similar time to us so that worked out. There was no welcome booklet - we had to figure out for ourselves the wifi password. Would have made plenty of sense to have a welcome booklet showing nearest healthcare facilities, things to do, passwords, access, heating etc. Would have expected to have Netflix or Prime for the price we paid.

It was a great location for us,bathroom was lovely and newly renovated ,great communication with the host

The double mattress I think needs changing,it was comfortable but you could hear all the springs when moving around

Spacious and cosy and just as described. Loved the toiletries and water and location was very close to town and in the heart of Eastbourne.

The property was lovely, tidy and clean, I stayed with an elderly gentle with learning difficulties and this ground floor apartment was accessible for him! Great location! He mentioned about going back again in the future.

The welcome pack and attention to detail The owner responded really quickly and promptly when requested having a parking space available was a real bonus

The bed was a spring mattress and was quite noisy maybe useful to have a mattress topper

Note: not described as Disabled accommodation *Rear access (Lushington Lane) difficult to get manual wheelchair over small step and door threshold. Thought we were being supplied with Car Parking Permit presumably for Lushington Road (where parking difficult) and could get in via front of property doors. **Need clearer instructions for Digital Door lock…temperamental when trying to use. (Note manual keyhole, out of site at base of it) Things of note: Shower does not drain well when used for a bit longer, ie. Hair wash and shower, causing flooding to bathroom floor. Metal trim counter ends sharpish and catch clothing. Maybe kiddie bumper corners would resolve this. Note: filter coffee machine leaks
