Such a great ground floor flat with parking...everything we needed to make our family stay work.. Great location close to shops places to eat and beach..easy reach for all the places we wanted to see....could have even taken the dog if we gad needed to..

The double bed mattress had old style springs which were so noisy it kept me awake . Sadly not comfortable at all. We also gad an issue with kitchen door and end of work surface that had a metal facing..many times me ir my adult son got caught by this on clothing or our actual skin...this needs to be looked.

Property was very clean and Milena was very helpful. Communication was fantastic when booking and up to our stay and she was very accommodating to our needs. The location was excellent. Less than 5 minutes to the town centre and less than 10 to the beach. Parking was also a useful touch!

Very clean, comfortable, fabulous location, quiet and great communication with host.

The mattress was rather uncomfortable but that might just have been personal preference.

Excellent location in a downstairs flat that looks like it has just been renovated. Milena very helpful and on hand to assist. Very good value for money.

Better to park outside with a permit (day passes available) as it is quite a tight space at the back of the property.

Great location close to the seafront/pier. Spacious bedrooms, very clean, well-equipped kitchen. Little touches like the toiletries and kitchen basics were much appreciated. Fantastic communication and helpfulness from host Milena.

Excellent location. Only a few minutes walk to town/beach front. Private car parking. Home away from home.😊 Have put on a few pics (excuse beds not being made)!🤭....they were when we 1st arrived. 😅 Great communication. Will definitely use again. Very happy.

There was nothing we didn't like,...only 1 thing I would mention,...it would of been better if towels would of been left on bed, or in bathroom, in plain view. That's not at all a criticism, just an observation. Go....enjoy,....you'll love it.

It was just perfect! It was located in the centre of Eastbourne, with parking on own terrain including ability to charge our EV. The shower was good, everything looked clean. The kitchen had plenty of utensils and there were boardgames ready for use. When we had a question how to use the EV charger we got a prompt reply. We stayed here one night and definitely recommend it!
