Rhenea Resort

The resort location was quiet and tranquil as well as having a lovely pool with a great view and extremely well kept clean! Irene gave us a superb break down of the island with all the best excursions, locations and restaurants!

we couldn’t walk anywhere and wish we rented a car. Irene did recommend this to us!

The staff was amazing!!!! Irene is amazing and it is evident she loves what she does, and she is great at taking care of her guests. the property is just as described. the views are beautiful. The sea is a 2 minute walk away. This side of the island is away from the hustle and bustle and you have the view every morning of perfect sunrises. You will need a car or to take a taxi if you want to get around the island. Irene can arrange it all for you if you want. She arranged a sunset cruise for our group of 5 women and it was absolutely the highlight!!!! Words cannot describe. You can also order food from local restaurants for breakfast or any meal if you just want to relax by the pool and enjoy the views. We would all definitely return. Thank you Irene and family for making our stay wonderful!

The Villa was a good size, immaculately clean with a lovely pool. The host Irene was great and was always on hand with any questions. Location is good as it’s close to Oia and Fira but we felt you needed a car especially if you plan to go to Perissa beach.

Not the best amenities for self catering. No microwave, high chair, bbq etc but not an issue if you are eating out or happy to get takeaways 😊

Host helped us to organize airport transfer and rental car. He also gave us a lot of useful tips to explore the island. On first night we were helped to book dinner delivery.

We were greeted by Irene who made us feel very welcome. She was extremely helpful in organizing our stay (including giving us advice as to where to go, what to visit, which places were and were not "toddler-friendly", arranging registration into boat trips etc). Rhenea Resort is very clean and tidy, conveniently located 5-10 minutes by car from Fira, making it close enough to go out for dinner but also far enough to not be swarmed by all cars and people. I would go back there again without a second thought !
