Whilst clear direction to carpark was provided it was initially difficult to locate unit on the estate.

Location was tricky - difficult to find the car parking area/space especially when returning in the dark and then a long walk from the car to accommodation. It’s ok once familiar with area and in daylight.

Very difficult to find . This block of flats was not accessible from the Midhurst Road and we had to ask over and over again for directions. Having found it with the help of a kind lady who guided us there in her car, we then had to find the correct parking space which was some distance away. That first evening, after the theatre and in the dark, I parked correctly but accidentally displayed the car park permit upside down. A week later I received a parking fine for £60: the company claiming the fine asked me crazy questions online, the phone did not allow any deletions and numbers had to be reentered: a terrible waste of time. The traffic warden or whoever had checked the permit at 8:13 in the morning so there was no way of telling that I had been fined until now. I am furious that this bot-infested world has insinuated itself into my life, robbed me not only of money but of time and shown impenetrable rudeness by asking impertinent questions and implacable resistance to human decency. You may sense from this that I am not amused. It is unacceptable . I have paid up because I want nothing more to do with this kind of treatment. We had a lovely time in Chichester and surroundings and the flat is really nice but I am left shocked and disappointed at being confronted by this AI fine!

Location was perfect for us as we have family on the estate. Aside from that, you have shops and supermarkets all close by and town centre a bit further along.
