House amazing Clean and cosy.

Good parking and accessibility

The flat was quite run down, much lower quality than at the pictures.

Location close to the NEC and airport. Easy to get to and easy access.

I didn't like it at all, no double bed but 2 singles beds that couldn't be put together. The sofa bed was horrendously uncomfortable and it didn't have bedding for it. The apartment was very very basic and the walls were damaged and dirty. It was not spotless clean and the communal areas were dirty and smelly. The location doesn't look very nice either although it's close to the NEC. Nothing to do with the pictures.

Nice little apartment.

Neighbours smoking lot of weed and smell came over to us.

"I did not stay at the place I had originally booked ss they had reallocated me. The location was far from pleasant, situated in a very dark and dodgy neighbourhood. The apartment was cheap, but upon arriving at night, I found the corridor completely unlit. The pillows and duvet were covered in hairs. When I attempted to call the provided contact number for assistance, no one answered. Overall, I was very disappointed."

The outer door security.

No tv remote but I got blamed for it missing, no Wi-Fi which even after complaining couldn’t be fixed, dirty floors and skirting boards, spoon with dried beans on , old vape and Childs toy on floor. I got told I had a party there as there was confetti on the floor when in fact it had come out of a 50th birthday card !! Overlooked Morrisons delivery yard which on a night time is busy and noisy. Would had been nice to have 2 bedside cabinets and lights and a rug maybe in the bedroom on the vinyl floor in the morning .sofa has stains on and felt damp dirty shower head with black gunk on
