Easy access and privacy

Not a big thing, but it would be nice to know that the socket for one of the radiators didn’t work so we had to use an extension. Also an instruction of how to use the screen on the radiator could be helpful as well ;)

Where do I start? There was no heating. The windows were running with water. The bathroom was filthy. The sofa was dirty and too small to sleep on. We contacted the people of the hotel to tell them. We were leaving two days early. Due to the fact there was noise from Morrisons noise from the neighbours, parents screaming at their kids we couldn’t sleep, no cleaning stuff. we were told upon arrival, there was an airport bus to take us to the NEC. I am a mobility user and could not even locate the bus so we had to pay an extra £40 to pay to stay at the NEC which obviously we didn’t lead because we left two days early because we were exhausted and cold. My son now has flu and nearly had an accident on the way home because of sheer exhaustion and tiredness sadly unimpressed I’ve not heard from them was offered a measly refund of £25 from Booking.com on a £400 holiday is a joke if you if you value sleep I do not stay here

My own fault but I thought it was one double bed instead of 2 singles lol

Nothing apart from outside light didn’t seem to work and it was dark when we arrived but a minor thing

Communication from the office team was excellent and it helped with the smooth organisation of locating the premises and getting in with the codes. Thank you for the great work and updates.

We were told it was unavailable the day before and ‘upgraded’ to a hell hole instead.

The replacement property was not secure. Ground floor windows did not even shut, let alone lock. We had to improvise to try and make windows secure using gaffer tape and a dressing gown cord.

The corner sofa is gone ,was not comfortable at all to sit on it for long

Great apt. Always clean and well equipped. Perfect location for NEC. Great communication with host. Our third visit and will book again.

External security door downstairs was broken and wouldn't lock. Reported it but it never got fixed. Noisy road at night. But i live in a rural area so i noticed it. Nothing you can do about that!
