"Good value for money but could have been cleaner."

Good location with parking on the side road and a cheap Uber into the centre. The flat was nicely decorated with a big TV.

The bathroom was pretty small and the shower hadn’t been cleaned. A bag of waste had been left in a kitchen cupboard, which smelled badly.

"Ideal for gigs or shopping trips to Birmingham"

Nice like studio room. Ideal for a couple of nights in Birmingham as it's only a short taxi ride way from the centre. Nice quiet area as well, which is a plus and a simple to check in with the owner sending you details of the key safe before arrival.

Our door stuck a little so had to be pulled firmly to close, not a problem for us but did make it slam which could annoy other guests. Other than that the room was fine for our stay

"Didn’t sleep at night"

The property is in a nice location, near restaurants

The person upstairs was coughing/ talking all night. The walls are thin so this disturbed sleep. There was a smell of smoking in the bathroom The place wasn’t as clean as I thought it would be And there wasn’t any hot water.

"Dreadful. Avoid. Wish I had !!"

Smell of cannabis outside the property and throughout the building as well as in the room due to neighbours in flat above smoking. Owner must know as windows all open on arrival. Got back to room after an evening out to it smelling of cannabis!Unbelievable noise with loud music still going til past 0500. The people above might as well have been in the same room. Barely slept. Disgraceful.
