Bentley Rise

This lovely apartment was very well equipped. It was located close to the town centre in a lovely setting. The bed was very comfortable and the wood burner was perfect. We loved the apartment and would happily return.

From stepping into the property we felt at home. This flat is super cosy and short walking distance to the town. You have your own parking space out the front and there were clear labels all around the flat incase you didn’t know how to use/do something. My favourite part was the wood burner, it kept us really warm in the night. We also liked the size of the flat and the personal touches like a postcard on arrival.

Liked how close it was to the town centre. Lovely apartment clean and beautifully furnished.

Lovely views over the garden and valley from the apartment. The centre of Lyme Regis was a lovely walk of around 15 minutes beside the River Lym. The apartment itself is beautifully appointed, and the log burner is a great advantage at this time of year. We had a lovely three night stay.

Lovely flat with everything you need, including free parking (hard to find!). Short walk to town & beach, perfect location for a weekend break. Samantha is very friendly and responsive on messages and there were lots of lovely extra touches when we checked in. We'll definitely stay here again the future, thank you!

Very convenient location to Lyme Regis town… just a short walk along the river path into town. A cleverly spacious flat for two with all the facilities you need for a comfortable stay. The decor and furnishings are so stylish and cosy. I love the wood burning stove for chilly nights in. This is our third stay at Bentley Rise and we wouldn’t stay anywhere else …unless it was booked up! Immaculately presented and owners Sam and John are so helpful and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend without hesitation.

To be honest, I can’t think of anything as it is fully equipped for two adults.

A very comfortable flat in a great location

The only thing that would have improved the flat would have been a washing machine as we stayed in the winter for a week.

Amazing location, private parking and lovely family hosts. It's a PERFECT seaside retreat.
