Friendly welcome. Perfect location, with quiet surroundings but within walking distance to the town centre and beach. Within reach of plenty of places to eat and drink but also great facilities in the property. A bonus was the lovely view over the garden.

Absolutely everything. This was our 4th stay and we have already booked for next year

Everything was perfect. There were some beautiful touches (chocolates on the bed and cider in the fridge which were very welcome after a rainy day of travelling!) The place was gorgeous and both hosts met us on site over the weekend to introduce themselves and answer any questions. Absolutely no faults.

Improvements always come to my mind very quickly but I genuinely cannot think of one thing which could have been better.

Peaceful. Spotless. Personal touches. Little extras. Lots of information in the property. Beautiful gardens. Proximity to Lyme Regis Town and beach perfect, but far enough away to be a peaceful haven.

We liked everything!

We loved how cosy it was and it was a perfect size for the both of us. All the decor and interior was so suited to Lyme Regis and was so lovely. Perfect location with a beautiful garden.
