Very nice apartment, with great facilities. The kitchen is new and modern, the heating was good, and the shower was nice and hot. The bedroom is comfortable with plenty of storage space.

The apartment was advertised as having parking, and it's one of the reasons we booked it, but as soon as we paid the non-refundable fee we received the confirmation email stating there was no parking at the property. There is a small car park across the road which has a maximum stay of 3 hours, but is often full. We ended up using the Long Stay car park which is a 20 min walk up a step hill.

Everything was well explained and very comfortable. It was also in the ideal situation.

Perfect location. The decor and amenities at the apartment were fantastic. It was very clean and comfortable for the whole family.

Child locks need to be repaired/ fitted as a priority on the stairs window and the right window of the bay window.

The location is fantastic very close to the seafront. Lovely sea view and main bedroom was very comfortable. The property was cleaned to a very high standard and David and Judith who help to manage the property couldn't have been more helpful throughout our stay. We hope to return soon.

Possibly consider a mattress topper to be available for sofa bed as would allow for those who like a softer bed, to be more comfortable.

The apartment is perfectly situated and 30 seconds from the sea It is ideal for up to four with a large sofa bed and lovely clean linen The shower was just fabulous! We collected the key from the shop below, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the shop is handy for anything you may have forgotten There are plenty of eateries around, including a great fish and chip shop; and a quirky micro brewery just around the corner I would definitely recommend this for a stay in Lyme Regis

Parking is tricky. The front door is on a road constantly in use with a narrow pavement. There is very rarely any parking available in the small car park opposite so we had to sit on double yellows while we unloaded. I actually booked a parking space with JustPark, so moved my car up the hill for the duration of our stay, which worked well and was cheaper
