Largigi offering two amazing panoramic sea front apartments

Superb location, amazing views. An extremely comfortable, well decorated, and stylish apartment. Shelves full with DVDs, books, and games, and smart TV with Netflix account available for use. Owner responded immediately to any questions before, and during, our stay. We plan to return to Lyme, and will definitely book the same Largigi apartment.

A little more attention could be given to cleanliness of kitchen crockery and appliances. A cafetiere in the kitchen would be a good addition.

A nicely presented apartment in amazing setting with a great balcony. Whilst there is no parking immediately close to the apartment is possible to drop off pretty close by on Marine Parade (driving through Cobb Car Park).

A few finishing touches are still needed, such as welcome instructions particularly for the oven, a cafetiere and generally kitchen stuff was a little lacking.

Location and comfort was excellent. Amazing view of beach/sea!

Arrived to find rubbish left by previous people (cleaner had not collected it), not great considering it was during the heatwave and by 4pm a bit smelly! Vacuum cleaner hadn't been emptied and was left by the area where you hang your clothes, not great as the Vacuum was quite dusty and as it was bagless you could see the dust. Kitchen bar stools had no purpose, could do with an additional work top or breakfast bar area. Some of the fixtures and fittings were quite cheap and flimsy (kitchen taps, drawers and cupboards) which when you consider the cost to rent it and that it had recently been renovated, was a shame (could do with an upgrade) It would have been nice to be able to open the bedroom door that went out to the balcony (no key) None of the above however would deter us from staying again.

Location superb.On sea front overlooking beach from own balcony.We could sit and watch swimmers,surfers,paddle boarders & boats all the time.

I was disappointed that there wasn’t a dish washer.We also had to spend£50 on parking for 5 days with quite a walk to the apartment,downhill one way & steeply up hill on the other.
