Ruang tamu & dapur besar. Katil muat 11 orang. Ada microwave oven, dapur electric, water dispenser Sejuk panas, peti ais. Aircond Sejuk. Pemandangan kota bahru dari atas.

Tahap kebersihan boleh ditambah baik. Cadar tilam, sarung bantal Dan selimut perlu ditukar baharu. Pintu bilik air hadapan perlu di baiki. Kad akses parking perlu tukar baharu dgn pihak management. Kad parking lama dh outdated.
