Strong WIND. Balcony nice,,, but impossible to use. P.S Maybe we arive in Ron time for Holiday ?

Sono tornata in questa struttura per la seconda volta a distanza di un anno (cosa che non faccio mai, perché amo cambiare). Ho trovato la bella sorpresa di una lavastoviglie, che nel 2024 non c'era. Per il resto tutto sempre accogliente e un gestore attento e presente. Che altro dire? È un posto dove tornerei ancora!!!

Peccato che sia stato tolto il bidet nel bagno.

This apartment has everything you need for a full, comfortable stay in El Médano. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, dishes, and a dishwasher. The bedroom has a comfortable bed with a quality mattress. There are two terraces, one of which is on the rooftop — a perfect place for sunbathing or lying on a lounger at night to watch the stars. The living room has a large TV with access to Netflix. The apartment complex has a swimming pool with sunbeds. A particularly great feature is the underground parking with a reserved spot, so you never have to look for parking on the street. Right next to the apartment, there are four restaurants and a small shop. There is also a large, spacious beach (it’s worth wearing water shoes when swimming, as there are lava rocks on the seabed). Overall, the area is very cozy and quiet. It’s a ten-minute walk along the beach to El Médano. The hosts are very friendly and helpful, providing clear and detailed instructions on how to access the apartment, and if you have any questions, you can always count on their assistance. I can confidently recommend this wonderful place.

Mieszkanie posiadało wszystko czego potrzeba na ponad tygodniowy pobyt. Niezwykle cenny był podziemny parking, dzięki czemu zawsze mieliśmy gdzie zaparkować a samochód się nie nagrzewał na słońcu. Kuchnia jest wyposażona bardzo dobrze, niczego nie brakuje. Jest duża lodówka, można spokojnie gotować nawet obiady, jeśli ktoś potrzebuje. Możliwość robienia sobie wygodnie kawy z kapsułek. Jest nowa pralka, suszarka do ubrań na tarasie, jest też suszarka do włosów. 2 przestronne tarasy, jeden z dużym stołem przy którym można miło spożyć posiłek z widokiem na ocean albo góry, na drugim można poleżeć na dostępnych leżakach. Kontakt z Anette był bezproblemowy i bardzo miły. Lokalizacja dla nas super, blisko są spokojne i mało zatłoczone (w przeciwienstwie do tych np. w Los Cristianos) plaże z łagodnym zejściem do wody, w odległości spaceru jest centrum ze wszystkim czego potrzeba, ale rownież spokojniejsze od dużych miast, bez turystycznego przytłoczenia.

Wszystko było w porządku. Może brakuje czasami klimatyzacji, ale są wiatraki na suficie w salonie i sypialni, dodatkowo w Medano często jest chyba wietrznie, więc wywietrzenie mieszkania nie trwa długo.

Absolutně pohodlný byt, ložnice perfektně mimo kuchyň s obývákem s koupelnu. Perfektně vybavená kuchyň. Super parkovací stání v garáži hned u výtahu. Komunikace s majiteli a informace od nic zcela bez problému. Lokalita úžasně klidná a přitom 7 min pěšky od centra. Bezpečí uzamčené rezidence bylo taky příjemné.

Párkrát za den přeletí poměrně nízko letadlo. Ale nic dramatického a druhý den už to nevnímáte.

Die verrotteten Liegen auf der Dachterrasse hätte man entfernen können. Sonnenschutz am Balkon wäre nicht schlecht.

Easy communication with owner - good position 15/20 minutes walk into centre. Good pool. Good beach.

Apartment is great! Lot of space, clean, great location next to the beach. Some restaurants 2 minutes away. Place is equipped very well. It has two tarraces - one on the roof, private with sunbeds. One at the livingroom - with the dinner table. There’s a pool with sunbeds, playground and tennis court. Hosts are friendly and helpful. It was extraordinary experience.
