"Pleasant staying with seaview."

Nice and quiet location. Beautiful seaview and also sight to the garden and swimmingpool. The apartment included everything we needed. The hostess (Lola) was friendly and helped us with prechecking and with finding finnish tvchannels on tv. There was also good wifi at the apartment. We wish to come again.

We have nothing to complain.

Het uitzicht

De badkamer. Deze wordt gerenoveerd maar stond niet vermeld in de advertentie.was erg onhiegieenisch. Als je de badmat uit het bad trok kwam de e-mail er mee af. Appartement was rolstoelvriendelijk stond vermeld .Maar rolstoel paste niet in de lift en er was geen afgesloten stalling. Bij aanzetten van de afzuigkap sprong de aardlekschakelaar.

La ubicación .

El apartamento no es cómodo,es muy incomodo sofa incómodo, cocina, camas, ..se tenía que dormir con la puerta y ventana cerradas por la cantidad de mosquitos con muchisimo calor, sino tienes que dormir con el aire acondicionado puesto.El dueño lo sabe , lo avisa pero no pone unas mosquitera, solo hay una en la ventana del salon La cocina enana, la mesa de la terraza con unas sillas donde no se puede comer porque son sillas de playa. Cobran por todo , el aire acondicionado 10 eur diarios ,si te vienen a recibir y abrir la casa te cobran 100 euros, te lo envían todo por email para firmar y si tienes dudas NO TE COJEN EL TELEFONO Se indica que si durante la estancia necesitas que vayan por algún problema te cobran 50 euros Te piden fianza de 200 Eur. Llevo años viajando he visitado muchos hoteles , apartamentos y este es la primera vez que NO LO RECOMIENDO . servicio nefasto e instalaciones arcaicas. Precio desorbitado para lo que ofrecen. BUSCAR OTRO ALOJAMIENTO

La ubicación

El apartamento necesita una reforma general. La cocina está muy descuidada, con muebles deteriorados y el menaje en mal estado y poco limpio. Además, el enchufe de la lavadora y los desagües exteriores no dan buena impresión. El salón es lo más aceptable, aunque el sofá cama es demasiado pequeño e incómodo. La instalación eléctrica debería revisarse, ya que salta con facilidad al usar varios aparatos a la vez. El baño resulta incómodo: es muy pequeño, la bañera no traga bien el agua, el accesorio de la ducha está arreglado con cinta aislante y el espejo está colocado demasiado alto, lo que dificulta su uso. En resumen, el apartamento tiene una buena base pero requiere una renovación urgente y más atención al mantenimiento y la limpieza.
