Lovely welcome from the host. Great location for town and close to a supermarket. Very comfortable bed and the houseboat is in a lovely location. Tea/coffee etc provided which was a nice touch.

Not a dislike, but the shower leaked which made the floor wet. A toaster would have been nice but other than that the kitchen was well equipped. Also something to note, there is a €2 pp per day tax which had to be paid in addition to the booking.com price.

Great interior design and homey feeling. Everything looked well taken care of. Parking was very easy in front of the boat. Walking distance to the city center. Bed was very comfy as well!

Only tiny downside was the lower ceiling in the shower. We are both taller than 1.80 and had to shower while bending a bit. But this was more funny than really annoying ;)

Feel like in a private house. Near the centre and super quiet. Small apartment, but everything we need was there. Stylish.

Location is great and the view is stunning. More than enough space for a weekend to explore Leeuwarden with a friend.

House is very pretty and clean. Marian (Landlady) nice and helpful. All looks like photo. At the kitchen you can find sugar, oil, coffee and tee. We have good vacations with friends in Leeuwarden.

Lamps under the bed very low and we were afraid to broke them, when we sleep. They don't looks safety.
