The inside of the property was reasonably comfortable and clean.

The exterior of the property was unkept including overgrown weeds in the front and backyard, uncared for patio furniture, broken and uncared for washer and dryer on the back porch, cluttered inside closet, super tiny bathroom, and trash in the very tiny garage. The mattress and pillows weren’t very comfortable. The house is in an undesirable neighborhood. The management company insisted on a credit card to charge a $300 damage deposit before we could check in, and then after check-in, they weren’t responsive to my concerns regarding the condition of the property. The management company kept sending emails that had nothing to do with my concerns or complaints. Even when I sent them pictures of the property, they did not respond.

Não conseguimos ligar as luzes sobre a mesa e sobre o espelho no banheiro. Mas não foi um problema critico pois as outras luzas da casa eram suficientes. A geladeira apresentou um pequeno vazamento de água. Dificuldade para estacionar na garagem, especialmente se o carro for grande, pois o espaço de manobra na rua Doidge e restrito. Ar condicionado tem ruído alto, mas usamos pouco nesta época do ano.

Great stay with room for our mini dauschound in the backyard. Comfy bed & linens. Clean kitchen fully equipped and cozy living room. Host eas great & replied quickly.

Parking was difficult as its located across from a school. Needs new towels and restroom refresh would be nice touch. Also leave the dresser & closet more empty for use. We didnt have kids & needed closet space and to take some items out or the drawers. Great for a long stay. Thank you 😊

Location was central to event and close to airport.

Apartment appeared clean, upon entering apartment there was an unpleasant scent. Notified property management. Aired out the place and sprayed air freshener for some relief. Pull out sofa was not comfortable, not sure it it was broken. Trash noted under the sofa bed. Everything else was as mentioned in description. Constant emails/ reminders of property usage, parking that i think we're covered in contract.

I loved the fact that it was a keyless entry system, it made it very easy. The fact that it was code operated made my mind feel at ease because I didn't have to keep track of keys or a card that may easily end up lost. I also loved the fact that it had a security camera system to show the front door and all who would approach it made me feel very safe and secure knowing that me and my children were being looked after in a safe place. The space was cozy and homie even though it was small it was the perfect size for me and my kids to enjoy our time and have a nice warm place to feel at home. The location was perfect everything that I wanted to drive to was never too far everything was about 30 minutes away which was perfect for me and my kids. I loved having the kitchen area and all cleaning supplies to make sure that we had an easy stay from cooking to making sure that everything stayed in order. I really appreciated all the details that this host had in place for our stay. I look forward to staying in this location again in the future.
