Modern Townhouse - Sleeps up to 6

Lots of space in the bedrooms. It was lovely and clean. Great showers. Oven was very good. It was well organised.

Minor thing, but mirrors in bathrooms on ground and top floor would have been great. Also a small kitchen table would've made cooking and moving around in there easier.

All as described, spacious and well equipped. A nice homely feel. Comfortable, clean and tidy.

A few minor bits of DIY needed (under sink kitchen doors were damaged, kitchen table legs were loose and wobbly, lounge flooring was loose in places).

Maison propre, pratique , confortable, correctement équipée. Quartier résidentiel calme. Bien situé. Les consignes du propriétaire sont précises.

Pas de balai ou aspirateur pour nettoyer au quotidien. Manque de fauteuils extérieurs dans le jardin.

A complete house with all the facilities a large family would expect at their own home. It sleeps 6 comfortably and kitchen is very complete. Private parking for 2 cars.

Very small dining area if you do have more than 4 people in the house. Paintwork is a bit tired.

The Bedrooms were all perfect. The living room was a good size. Key lock was easy to use

Personal preference - I would put the dining table in the living room as it was a bit tight in the Kitchen

The space! It was so roomy and beautifully decorated. The storage was fantastic for putting everything away. Amenity-wise it was perfect. Loved the mirrors inside the wardrobe doors. My two young children had a fantastic time (plenty of room for hide and seek) and thought the garden was brilliant. It was five minutes from my Dad’s house and from Oaken Grove Park which was also wonderful for the children. We will definitely book again the next time we visit my Dad, if it’s available.

I found the bed on the top floor a bit creaky/uncomfortable and the pillows were a bit squishy but this is probably just personal taste. The doors also rattled a bit if we had a window slightly open on the bedroom floors. Could maybe do with a mirror in the top floor bathroom.

Super quiet neighbourhood. Super easy and flexible arrival procedure. Easily accessible by car. Parking space in front of the house is very convenient. Spacious sleeping rooms, with a lot of storage room. Two bathrooms, which is convenient.

I feel like the house could use a bit of maintenance. Multiple traces of water damages, sometimes not properly taken care of. The big window to the garden wouldn't close properly, the frame seems crooked. The kitchen equipment was unsatisfactory. Not enough dishware and cutlery, mostly dirty. The pots and pans were damaged and not in the best condition for cooking. The kitchen space isn’t well suited for multiple people to sit and eat. The table is either too large, awkwardly shaped, or simply not in the right place. Maybe it would work better in the living room. None of the toilets had a flush button 🤷‍♀️ we could still flush, but it’s a good example of the general condition of the house.
