Location

The info about the keys was confusing. The hot water was a mystery. The bathroom was cold. Toilet paper provided only for the first day. Cooking machine was dirty. No elevator.

The location of the property is really convenient. On the other side of the road is a fantastic cafe and also the Bus Station, to get to the city Center, is directly in front of the entrance door. The AO Arena is a 20 Minute Walk away or can be reached by one of the busses that ist stopping in front of the property. In addition to that the guide trough for checking in and out is easy to understand. The bathroom was super clean and modern, with a rain shower head. Further the bed in the bedroom and the sleeping couch were comfortable.

The hair blowdryer was missing in our apartment. So to be on the safe side you should bring your own. Even though I wrote that the sleeping couch is quite comfortable, the mattress was not clean. It had dust , hair and a load of other particles on it. Same goes for the purple carpet. In general the couch had all sorts of white stains all over it. In addition to that our linen was also not completely stain free. The kitchen was kind of fine, because the refrigerator had a fishy smell and the oven was completely dirty. However the rest was okay.
