I actually cant fault any off this the host is so pleaent any time i needed help she was on the end off the phone i originally stayed due to my baby ending up in hospital on a visit, to scotland an transfed to manchester. I didn't like the hidden security deposit 😕 as we were strapped for cash, havin to stay on holliday extra time and rent accommodation. i explained my situation, and there was no remorse.. Witch is understandable considering how beautiful the apartment is and how easy it is to be lied to,

The noise coming from outside

the bedrooms have several slats missing on the windows vertical blinds to the point that you are not able to get changed/undressed in the bedroom. my friend and I had to take turns to use the hallway or bathroom to get dressed in. the broken slats have been dumped in numerous places in the apartments cupboards. the sofa also had cigarette burn holes in it. the quality of this apartment is very low. i did try calling them for help, however their customer service line is closed in the evenings/nights and weekends. When calling through to Booking.com for help they also experienced the same.
