Pillo Rooms Serviced Apartments - Manchester

We booked 5 of the 6 apartments for a sports team weekend. The apartments were spacious and clean. Check in and out was all really simple and Communication with the hosts was very good

Very well equipped. Kitchen electronics and ustencils provided. Very comfy space

Cleaning should be more thorough especially the sofa bed interior but overall it was not bad.

Communication with host. We would have preferred handover of keys with the host or representative. We were afraid that if anything went wrong or didn’t work that it would have been difficult to get in touch with host after normal office hours.

I like the location, the easy way to check in too. The lay out of the room was good and complimentary milk, tea etc good plenty to use.

There were quite a few things in the room damaged or over worn burns on the carpet from what looked like an iron. Marks on the walls and floor and a little bit of the flooring lifting. The shower/water situation made us late for a reservation as the water needed boosting as stated however we followed the instructions and the water would just keep going cold. You also have to pay a deposit and 20 pounds for a 2 hour later check out.

Was very central and nice

There was a random lad that walked into our apartment when my friend was getting changed, we also had loads of men ringing our doorbells all day and night disturbing us, my friend was worried something was going to happen whilst we was out I have proof of all of this.
