Basic for price Mostly clean, things like cutlery draw looked unclean. I had to wash things before using Instruction booklet on how to find and use things would have been helpful, including what is around locally Blinds on windows did not close properly Towels old and hard

Everything you need. Perfect and safe neighbourhood, easy to get to the centre, M&S and Tesco nearby. Proper clean as well.

The flat was of a reasonable standard.

The major problem which could have proved disastrous was the key box code was wrong. ( the ode was shown on the booking confirmation.)By sheer luck we saw a tenant from an adjacent flat who was able to contact the landlord,

We were visiting our daughter and grandsons. The location was good and very close to metro for the city or airport but also close to cafes and bars in Beech Road

There was very little in the way of crockery. Ie only one cereal bowl and there was only one wine glass. The bed was squeaky and only one pillow which was very thin.

Location was convenient.

Bed was very creaky and noisy when sleeping. The place didn't feel as clean as expected. Unfortunately no toiletries were provided as written on the listing (eg shower gel, shampoo) and there was only one bowl in the kitchen.

The location was excellent- close to the tram stop, easy access to bars, cafes and shops. Very quiet area. Enough space for two, good hot shower.

The bed was very creamy and could do with a new mattress. Cutlery and knives in the kitchen on the minimal side.

Everywhere in the apartment was lovely and clean. And everything we needed was provided including fresh milk in the fridge. The living/bedroom was very spacious. The area we stayed in was fairly quiet and peaceful too considering it's close to the main city. Great place to stay with transport links within walking distance.

I'm being picky here because the stay overall was brilliant but... The bed was a bit uncomfortable but manageable for 2 nights. The door to the bedroom was very squeaky so my partner ended up waking me up in the night whenever he went to the bathroom and vice versa. Also felt like the kitchen lacked a small freezer (we stayed during a mini heatwave and wanted ice cream etc) and some baking trays for use in the oven as there was only the grill tray.

Nice bathroom and kitchen.
